AUTOMATIC RAKE TYPE COOLING BED
Sri Shyam Engineering is a company that specializes in manufacturing high-quality Automatic Rake Type Cooling Beds in India. These cooling beds are primarily used for the purpose of naturally and uniformly air-cooling TMT bars, while also transporting them in a phased manner.

The transportation process starts from the entry point of the cooling bed and continues until the discharge side. At the discharge side, the front end of the bars is leveled, and a specific number of bars are sent for final length cutting using a cold shear and bundling process.

FIXED GRID
The straightening rakes are made up of forged iron toothed blocks that aid in accepting bars and straightening them at a temperature of approximately 600 degrees Celsius.
MOVING RAKES
The movable rakes mechanism allows for maneuverability in both the 'X' and 'Y' axes, making it suitable for profiles of various sizes, from the smallest to the largest bar sizes. The drive for this mechanism consists of motors that power two parallel sets of drive shafts.
FIXED RAKES
The fixed rakes mechanism, which receives bars from the movable rack mechanism, is transferring them towards the delivery side of the cooling beds.
ALIGNING ROLLER
In the Automatic Cooling Beds, the aligning rollers are fitted at the finish racks which are driven by motors that help orient the front end of the bars.
