CHAIN TRANSFER SYSTEMS
SRI SHYAM ENGINEERING specializes in the design of advanced Chain Transfer Systems, which are conveniently installed alongside the run out roller table following the cold shear process.
The initial chain set traverses the run-out roller table after the cold shear. It rests on the common tie bar, which is secured with the gas (pneumatic) cylinders. The cut bar stack within the system is placed on the run-out roller table, where the chain set elevates it. The chain then moves along the rolling line and shifts the cut bar stack to the designated area for chain transfers. Moreover, the middle chain operates at a higher speed to straighten the bar for cutting the random length, while the third chain is used for manual bundling. Finally, the bundle is placed in the cradle or on another roller table for further transfer to either the TMT Automatic Bundling or the Automatic
